I believe in all of the before mentioned, except dog poisoners. I can't see big b or scamming l doing that. Stealing money from people, sure, but not poisoning dogs. That's not there thing. Ripping people off is their thing. Although the man who won the million dollars from the cutest dog scam contest was going to donate the money to help dogs, but that doesn't really count.
