Just the current $140K debts alone will use up all the existing unissued shares since the debts need at least new 1.4B ~ 2B shares to settle! Not mention the near $1M huge liabilities which need 10B or more new shares to pay off! So the AS will soon be increased to much much larger number (say 3B, 4B, or even 10B shares) again...

So the only hope here is: use the so-called "good" (fluff) news to flip the quick gains ASAP since the huge dilution will be endless...

The peer with the same AS but already hit 0.0001 last week!
