Jtyler, the actual dates that have been stated by Clark County Commissioners, Las Vegas City Council Members and support staff are as follows:

"The State may release the ranking before Nov 4th"
"The State will release the rankings on Nov 4th"

Both of those quotes have been stated by different people at different meetings.

One City Council Member stated, if they receive the rankings prior to Nov 4th they will move forward with the final decision.

Another member Chairperson said Las Vegas will decide on the final licences Nov 10th.

Washoe County stated they will begin working on the final licensing process as soon as the State released the rankings.

There is a Las Vegas City Council meeting on Oct 14 to address some of this. Agenda item 41
