Last Friday (2 days ago) Baltia announced at the shareholder's meeting that it is now in Phase III of the certification process with the FAA.
Phase III is the demonstration phase - whereby Baltia "proves" to the FAA that they know how to fly planes (kind of very simplified explanation, but essentially this phase is equivalent to someone taking a road test when they have been driving for 20 years already).
1 week for tabletop exercises & related paperwork, 1 week for mini-evac & ditching exercises & related paperwork, 4 weeks for proving flights, 2 weeks miscellaneous - Baltia could be certified in 8 weeks......12 weeks tops.
There is a person at Baltia with 40+ years experience who has handled 14 prior certifications and is batting 100%. This individual also handled the certification for Virgin Air. When asked (in a private conversation) for this individuals assessment of where the pps could go.....with over 40 years experience and 14 certs under this individuals belt....the reply was conservatively over a dollar fifty 72 hours after certification.
Even with knowledge of the number of shares authorized and outstanding, this individual stuck to his/her guns ( I don't want to unneccessarily disclose the identity).
CONSERVATIVELY!
There is a chance.....maybe very slim....but there is a chance that a purchase tomorrow morning at .015 could grow in 12 weeks by 10,000%......but even if it only went up by 100%, isn't that even worth a small shot? 100%.....going from .015 to .03 (which many believe could actually occur in just a few hours tomorrow morning) - well, doubling your money in a day or even if it took 12 weeks is still an amazing return.
