Cal - I think I see what you are reading now. Those shares were issued in 2002 for the dividend we received. At that time they were not sure how many were needed and the board OK'd that amount. It ended up being approx. 100 million which went to the dividend stockholders. They are already in the float and
that is why we went from 40 mil to 146 mil. I think this is
correct but other longs may know better. Unless I missed something we should be at 146. Someone let me know. TIA
