You do realize that IF you are being paid to post on this board or any board....you have to disclose that compensation in the text of every post? It is illegal not to include....and you never know when the SEC will crack down on this too since they have been cleaning up the penny market. Maybe you are not paid....and thats fine....but you came out of nowhere and now post a ton....not much depth either...sidenote...who cares if the appeal gets denied this case has always been the little brother to Fairholm's other case
