This stock has been nothing but a scam from the get go

fraudulent Chinese revenues to get people to invest then making up some bogus excuse about invested assets and how they were going to get an auditor to sign off on the revenue

making up stories about cerebra and this latest news about the teaming agreement and MOU is just more BS from the horse's mouth

why is anyone excited about them signing this agreement - what does it do for the company as far as generating revenue (nothing)
