What baffled me is that VAN ECK ASSOCIATES CORP bought 22 million shares in the second quarter as per nasdaq.com. They bought a few more million shares in the third quarter before they sold everything at 15 cents per share. What changed since the end of June? Well, could be the announcement on July 9th, what else?
