Any influx of capital will be used to expand the business. Period. Buybacks do not occur on the OTC, only very rare.
With that said, the restatement of the quarterly reports is clearly a sign to me that some entity wants to enter here. OTC stocks rarely spend time and money restating anything! The items restated have zero effect on cash, operating profit... So why does anyone care? It could be as simple as someone wants a controlling stake and that could all be done with a different class of shares and not common. They just secured voting rights with a formula guaranteeing 51%. They could easily JV or open an equity stake for an elephant with a similar formula with conversion restrictions.
I find it extremely interesting Ray Hill is on BOD. How did he deserve this and why now? Inventiv is founded by significant private equity firms. One speculative scenario is that private equity attached to Inventiv is coming on board with an equity infusion. Ray Hill is placed on BOD to oversee. The advantage is Inventiv could have their fingers in multiple stem cell INDs that could have tremendous marketplace implications. OA, ALS, autism amongst others. Why not. Refining Intellicell's methods have very real promise to deliver tremendous medical improvements..
