There is a possibility of securities fraud if he made many forward looking statements , implying growth and inflating share price while he was in the process of dumping 3.6 million dollars worth of his holdings , that's not a minor thing.

Although I do believe all are innocent until proven guilty and hope its not true

I'm a local , 15 minutes away from building and I really hope it works out and gets approved. It would be good for town.

But is it a 100 mil company? No. Maybe if they owned the land 15-25mil. But now maybe a 10mil dollar company. But who know maybe a R/S would help
