If appeal is won, does it go back to judge Lamberth? If so, he certainly isn’t going to be favorable to the shareholders, he’s going to be pissed, and ultimately rule against shareholders. I am naive to the judicial system, but something seems screwy if an appeal just goes back to the same court. I’m not buying , oh the judge is honorable and will be fair to the appeal ruling. I guess I’m hoping , if appeal is won, it goes back to a different judge. Anyone with knowledge of the process, please. Advise.
