Exactly, selling restricted shares is how they're maintaining. And buying stock is a risk so whoever they make believe their stock is going to blossom gets screwed... If I could rewind time I would have told DD proven the company then I would invest. The thing that gets me the most is in DDs bs filing he mentions ending the "non-core" groups when one of the groups only benefited ESPI... They are fake and only out to make themselves wealthy.
