So Purdon and Makmann are dumping shares. SuuuuPrahz! SuuuuPrahz! SuuuPrahz!

Excellent documentation on the process, and the doings of a couple of MM's apparently working in their behalf can be found here - look for "The QEDN Saga".

Hoodwinked! Lied to! Misdirected! Hung out to dry!

The last of the believers has finally figured out that what the EMF Weed Express has really been is another car in a train of scams.

This is what QEDN does, it is what they are for - manufacturing semi-believeable stories (well, except for the billion $$ oil fields in YooKrane) so that shares given in exchange for "services" or to convert debt can be made more valuable before they are dumped on you.

That's it. That's what QED has always been.

"Oh, me oh my, if only someone had told us this before we paid good money for these worthless bags of QEDN shares ...... Oh, if we only knew .... We are so sorry for leading anyone down this path to ruination, KaBooooom Kabooooom. My precious is gone, Kaboooom Kabooom....."

Huh-llllooo! Turns out there are a few who have been posting. A few who have been labelled with various unsavory handles. A few - as it turns out unpaid purveyors of truth of the highest quality - who are familiar with QEDN, obviously know and have been following the company, and have been through this before.

Not bashing, warning.

Guess what? We were right. This time, last time, next time.

Yup. next time. You should listen.

P.S. It's rumoured that since Purdon got shares at .0037, the floor is at .004.

Wrong. Purdon would have gotten shares for .0000. For his invaluable financial advice.

As for anyone else, don't assume that if they are owed 10.00 by QEDN they get 10.00 worht of shares. They don't, "companies" like QEDN have to pay a premium when they barter with shares, because everyone knows the real value of those shares can go to 0 tomorrow, as soon as they can't be traded for anything. So if you see that QEDN has exchanged shares for debt, look at the value used and divide it in half - that's what their break even point is.
