Think of this. Today there was about 12K in USD exchanged in share value which may be from those on this board. I dumped 1,000,000 shares the other day and know that I made up a significant amount in the total volume. Right now, those on the board if they purchased in the last 24 hours could be playing a game of hot potato. One of you guys step out and down she goes. If this deal were real there are many small investment firms that would to be all over this. This should be more like 20M plus in volume and we should be at .01 - .03 plus.
I don't want to scare you out of your shares however this is not the first time BFRE called an agreement for future projects. Look at their news and you will find agreements in korea with 2 companies that never transpired.
If I am correct there are also more share authorized for dilution.
The typical sign of dilution is the chart that has a ski slope look or just look at the past 10ks for authorized shares. Massive Dilution may have a point.
In short, I am not sure. To be honest, I hope I am wrong because I would like to re-invest if this is sound.
I know the CEO is a Christian and one would think that this implies a truthful reflection on the companies behalf, however look at LFBG. This guy should be in jail to say the least.
I would love to be corrected and I hope I am wrong. I have been with this company since the .60 days and sold on all jumps. I made thousands here. Just watch out. I lost 40K to a similar situation that seemed too good. I decided to stay out of penny land however BFRE always kept my attention. I have learned to listen to both sides. I know if we are invested we will be biased and want to hear anything in our favor. Biased is the key word. Be honest. Look at both sides. Its ok to be positive however ask about the "what if". How many people can look in the mirror and be honest. Its tuff.
