I'm drinking you not going to want to here it but no deal.They going to spend about another million imho and 9 to 12 months then you get a big deal regarding Tau.Maybe the biggest deal ever.

You going to get a settlement without a doubt imho regarding the Pfizer ligation soon.If not them boys going to have serious problems and I will see it so.

Not going to get into it but I know exactly how this plays out.I doubt the r/s vote changes cause the market expects it done.Kind of hard to change a done deal.

On the other hand I know one large holder that's thinking about voting against it or that's my understanding even though I've ask them to vote for it.It just depends how a few others vote.

I'm not in love with Maza.We have had some serious differences.Me and him are on different pages.He is right regarding the r/s and wants the restructure to reflect the currect pps which is best for Intellect the company.I want to choke him for a long long long time for that but whats is best for the company must occur not me or you or anyone else.

The only way for that to occur is for a total wipeout of common even though I've not sold a share and will lose my ass and Maza is right if one thinks what is best for the company.

If the insiders took 16.25 million in losses and 2.1 million losses last year why would they care about us fools.

IMHO its a done deal.That gives me months to seek funds to acquire later and we might get a positive Shire trial results so we make alot of money if not we swing our leggs of the sidewalk holding a tin cup and beg for change!
