While I personally find those accusations that this has been a 'lifestyle stock' for the Drs. to be off base and bordering on silly,..... your point is well taken.

Diwan and Seymour must have evidence that this will be a successful path. After all, if what some contend is true, that this a a lifestyle stock, then this path makes no sense if when it comes time to raise more money next summer the share price and support have plummeted. FluCide as a path would last years longer in support of a lifestyle stock.

Exactly,.... if they have been living high off that hog for close to a decade by milking and bilking potential shareholders,.... why change course now?

The "con" only works if the con-artists don't overplay their hand.
