Proposals of stockholders intended to be presented at this meeting or included in Transmeta's proxy statement and form of proxy relating to this meeting must be received in writing at Transmeta's principal executive offices no later than April 28, 2006. The meeting will be held at the Hilton Santa Clara Hotel located at 4949 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, California starting at 8 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
