can you point out to me in black in white where it backs up what your saying in regards to what the sec can and cannot do, as per the sec regulations? i would appreciate that and once you have done that, in order to properly inform people of the nature of his last stocks that were suspended, can you also provide in black in white the exact nature behind why his previous stocks were suspended and what was done to rectify it? its one thing to have someone explain to you in their own words what happend, but its more convincing and informational if direct documentation in its entirety is provided so all shareholders can see exactly that what you say is factual and accurate.
