I do agree with you. I feel like UNQT is working hard on their subsidiaries and they are posted with OTC. As far as the share structure, it is published. I called Action Stock Company. They are not gagged by anyone. This is their policy. You cannot call them and demand information. As I see it, this company is going forward with everything it can legitimately do to put itself back together. The company is legit. you can see it...It is filed. It's obvious you are a shareholder. Support your company.
