A year to complete Phase I? Sorry but that is way off the mark. More like a month.

Phase I trials, if all goes wonderfully well, will start end of 2015 at best and quite likely at the start of 2016. Oh, by this time there will be another round of stock dilution. Phase II trials start sometime at the end of 2016, at best.
