Call Wave: I'm still working on the most frustrating thing
I have ever encountered as far as phone vs internet... fusion.

Call Wave is supposed to be a free simple thing you do to receive the calls you missed while being online.
Kind of a call waiting virtual answering machine that obviously exists in digital hell because I can't get rid of it.

The biiiieoch has not lived here in more than a year but her sh$t lingers on...

It seems she signed on to Call Wave.
She says she has disabled it yet my call waiting still does not work.

So I did a google for Call Wave
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Call+Wave
Specifically the most helpfull link
Re: remove me from call wave

and guess what
She des not know her password nor does she have the same email address, "or so she says"!

So as I'm ranting about this she is online and found a 1-800 #
1 (866) 340-0019
so I call it... obviously off shore by the accent of the please hold out going message.

Alex Barbour comes on and say "no problem All you need to do is call Virizon 1 (800) 483-4000 and tell them to deactivate call forwarding".

Do you know how many times I have do this?
Once they deactivated my call forwarding all together.
Now that I have my call forwarding back IT IS STILL FORWARDED TO CALL WAVE.
How can that be?
I am so sick of this SH$T!
The Phone number is in my name and all this was done without my permission.

I have 2 lines in this house.... one for online and one for the phone!
Why she did this... I have no clue...

I'm paying for call forwarding and not getting it.
It can happen to you.
