I can't speak about the laundry products because I haven't really used them...I can tell you that there is a need for them because I'm skin sensitive myself...my wife bought laundry detergent that was cheap and on sale....I started itching like crazy...so there is a need for this product...the % of the consumer population?...who the heck knows...1000+ IMHO is not average...everyone I've introduced the product to loves it...and that sir is what frustrates me to no end...Thank You Kindly
