There is 950 million+- outstanding shares.....There are 3 billion A/S Authorized shares.......
2 different piles of shares.....

Keep in mind that every time someone is selling somebody is buying these shares are coming out of the O/S pile

Volume sway down...a million shares a day is nothing, probably just traders moving in and out picking up a small % every time...
This ticker is dead.....I have no idea what your position is, but you may have a hard time unloading with no bid and no ask, you just have to throw them out there and see if you are lucky enough to sell them...
