A side note about investors owning 80% GCHI. Frank and Co. Own approximately 354,000,000 common shares of WNTR. They should receive the same 1/100 ratio as the rest of us. Approximately 3,540,000 common shares of GCHI.
So they are the largest shareholders and I don't think they will be dumping those shares in the early trading. That would only insure no gain on their part. So, I predict most will sell to recoup their investment in WNTR and hold the remaining GCHI SHARES and evaluate further trading.
This should provide liquidity for outside investors. With MJ gaining tremendous support I think $1.00 is going to be a cheap buy in.
IF GCHI drops 50% and sell at .50. I'll still be making money as will most of us.
Just my opinion.
