5. Delivery types:
a. FOB costs should include packaging, packaging artwork and
testing costs as well as labor and material costs. If you have
questions about the type of packaging or testing required for
your product or product category, please consult with your
Meijer representative or Agent.
b. LDP or DDP costs should include packaging, packaging artwork,
labor, material, duty and transportation costs.
