Tech is a Misleading Alias with the persona of someone trying to help.

Right now, at Rock Bottom, he is posting to support Insitutions that DO NOT WANT TO SUPPLY SHARES HERE.

Now that Banro is heading up, I'm sure Tech will submit post after post trying to convince us to sell our shares.

Tech is essentially a turd burglar, only the turds he is after are Banro shares.
