Yes. But that was a old lawsuit of Euro-American Finance Network Inc. (EAFN) and it won't affect EFuel EFN Corp (EFLN)! Anyway EAFN owns total 850M shares float which leaves all the individual investors only total 325,254,801 shares float which is incredible low float! Easy to hit penny ~ dime land once the series of news kicks in and strong slapping-at-the-ask actions start! EFLN will be the best OTC performer in the Spring ~ Summer of 2015...
