FYI even if the financing deal were to fall through and worst case scenario happened where 31Group received their 24.6M shares, the share price would have to get to $0.06 before the value of those shares would equal the principal amount of the loan so I don't think there would be a lot of selling in the market until we double or more the current share price. At least by them.
