Expect "short sells" at .0003, covers at .0002,
...if history is any guide.

These "fluff" PRs have recently been paired with MM short sells and insider dumps allowing the MM to cover.

Insider makes money "monetizing" more shares (cost him almost nothing), and MM gets a cut on the short cover... all in pursuit of the greater shareholder good, of course.

Moffitt's gotta be disappointed that his "fluffy" PRs aren't doing the trick anymore... too much baggage, too much shady history.

Keep an eye out for "average" trades or late report "form t"s after the .0003s get sold.

Just my guess, of course... might be too obvious at this point.
