It's possible it could go to 0065 iff:

1. The PPS holds where it is now until a paid pump arrives.
2. A paid pump occurs.

IMO, it also has equal probability to go nowhere, even with a paid pump. There's only a finite amount of retail to buy these scams. And this scam is getting sort of old.
