maybe you can help me out on this one:

yesterday a race car driver https://www.facebook.com/gschaldach filed his ownership here: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10243594

then, after market the company filed this 8k: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10244101

so, why would an individual take such a stake in a company that is being forced to sell it's assets? (maybe there is a note with him that i don't know about, i haven't had time to go through any filings, although it could be a new note). it's also interesting that the company forcing the sale is able to also bid on those items. also this morning some block trades went through.
