Don't feel so hard done by, the monitoring on this board is very tight and both positive and negative opinions are removed here on a regular basis so its not just you..
Just want to make a small point, Company contacted the SEC and the SEC said no, you cant share the numbers, off you go and drill holes and then you can share the news... Company obeyed their masters, ie the SEC..
Now having gone to that trouble, they would not draw the wrath of aforementioned body by the CEO saying he was delighted with the results if that was in any way misleading..
So in essence, if you read the pr correctly you will see that they brought this to the SEC and they determined the way forward.. If it was a scam, the SEC would be all over this, if it was a scam the company and its officers wouldn't be contacting them to ask for clearance..
