They Were Reported A Year Ago & Nothing Happened

If nothing has happened by now, nothing will, in my opinion.

Also, if the only hope of George Alvarez is having the SEC come to his rescue, this company is going nowhere. Shareholders will see nothing of their investments. Of course, George can grant himself, friends, family etc. all the shares he wants. If this happens, the SEC should be notified of Velatel instead of Ironridge.
