zuize, while we don't know what has gone on behind closed doors (and it isn't of much value to speculate), we do know that a very public opening shot came from HB (and his Board)when he refused to allow Denner to purchase more shares. Denner then struck back with his very public response and let us know that the CEO we love so very much would prefer to block a shareholder from purchasing Ariad stock in an effort to keep our lovable CEO's job.
There have been remarkably few posts mentioning this, but we should all be outraged by it.
