Would you or someone mind helping me understand what is happening to this stock. I'm not going to BS you I'm totally lost. I own about 185,000 shares I purschased around $.002 per share & less. I only bought them because a friend if mine who worked at JP Morgan in Small/Micro cap research dept told me too put a few $100 on it. He said it had a shot to 10x - 20x my $ if I was patient & let it ride out for a while.

I invested in 11 stocks from him all but 1 did very well in last 2 years & 2 of the picks were unbelievable & minor life changers, so I'm guessing he knew what he was doing & this stock will do well too. I just don't understand it because it seems like a dead company & why would another company merge & take on their problems &try to help the shareholders or am I missing something here??? I have emailed my buddy who gave me the leads but he is now at JP's NYC office & is tough to get a response from, so is it time to sell at $.01 that is about 5x my investment? I also don't want to mess up the PPS for the other shareholders by selling at the wrong time because it seems like a small purchase or sale effects the PPS significantly. Any advise here would be more than appreciated & if for some reason the stock would go on a decent run I would gladly tip whoever can help me through this process, thanks
