1. did you attempt to pay by credit card over the phone?
2. ask to be billed first, so you could pay the invoice and then receive the product after the company received your money?
3. expect to have the product delivered along with an invoice which you then planned on paying through the mail on another day?
If the situation reflects #1 or #2 then I am curious and would like more information on what has caused this situation to develop at SEVU.
If the situation reflects #3, then I think your criticism is unfounded, regardless if you had purchased other cameras in the past or not. Payment at the time of sale seems to be crucial at this point for SEVU.
BTW, don't feel like the Lone Ranger, not many smiling SEVU shareholders in my neck of the woods either.
