Sometimes, that can take months after a R/S, the MM's will generaly hold the spread captive by as much as 75% after a R/S until they see the ask getting some serious attention and they start raising it up , but the bid/ 99% of the time is very slow and very weak after a R/S.

The Market Markers are in complete control and they want their money 1st.
