Nothing new. Both sides anxiously wait for an answer from the judge. Valentine will be defeated again. Hopefully an answer will come soon. It's been a month now after the court concluded.

Valentine occupies the mine with armed guards and attempts to create a major altercation whenever mabwe comes on site. His intention is to try to get mabwe to do something stupid to strengthen his case.

So it is not possible for mabwe to conclude any work on the mine while Valentine is there.
