the new BOD, CEO were appointed by mac, on his way out the door . . . this majority holder you speak of has broken the law if we are to believe your scenario . . . it is illegal to covertly takeover a public company . . . if they do exist, and emerge from behind this curtain, they will be arrested by the SEC for securities fraud . . . neither reese nor WG would behave criminally like you are stating . . . it just isn't going to happen . . . these guys all have legal advice, they are not criminals . . .

i'm trying to pick the pocket of the big guys, while they're too busy robbing the bank to notice . . . long only . . .
