Funny, but I've seen this all to often, in my past....
IR will tell you, everything is great....
But everything is not so great.....
Then suddenly, the company claims chapter 11...Or, they undergo a major change of ownership, or direction....

Hmmmm....Certainly sounds "fishy", currently.....

I've learned, never trust emails from IR. In general, they'll lead you down the path of destruction.....

There's no one to sue, if things go "wrong"....And they were only telling you, what they knew to be "truths", at that time.....

So, sorry, but IR is generally "there", to LIE to the shareholder....
