You mean when the SEC filed the securities fraud lawsuit against JBI on *1.4.12*?
The biggest volume spike before *that* was the week of July 13-15, 2011, when JBI received the Wells Notice from the SEC. Funny thing though: JBI didn't disclose that Wells Notice to the public until the week after on July 21. Who got to sell *those* 2 million shares before the public announcement?
P.S. The price was around $2.50 when those lucky people unloaded.
