Banro has been under consistent institutional accumulation for over a year now.
This recent plunge below 50 million market cap, is allowing these Controlling institutions to accumulate index fund positions and mutual fund positions by forcing them out on minimum market cap requirements.
This "process" is very close to ending, and when complete, I believe a gap up will occur with some kind of news event.
Is there a correlation beween Insitutions picking up as many shares as possible, to where no shares are left to accumulate, and the timing of the "good news" we are all waiting for?
