It get worse all the time...

Debentures are convertible into shares of the Company’s common stock at a price equal to 48.5% of the average 3 lowest trades (not on the same day) of the common stock of the 20 trading days immediately preceding the conversion date as quoted by Bloomberg, LP

. That's so toxic, you could get sick just reading it.
