when THEY need them, but when its a sitation like this

they stand there, flip the finger in a human beings face from inches

Am I defending criminal behavior by cops or civilians, NO

but I can promise you this

if these protestors got out of control and the cops left and they

started looting, burning, or breaking in as crowds are prone to
