I'm am just so old school I know. I did something electronically once (paid the land taxes) because I was running out of time and they sent me a bill. Good thing I printed out a receipt so I could send it to them, prove it was paid and tell them where to go for another year. I just trust the post office more than I trust all this electronic stuff.

I do everything by mail so I have a hard copy on hand in case I need to prove that I paid something. This way I can produce the document quickly. I even keep a log of what gets done daily, what needs to get done, what gets mailed and when things are due. I still have copies of my taxes from 1969. My wife says that the house is a fire trap with all the paper I have but that's just me.
