Sentinel - I'm still not sure about that. The Philips device is mentioned as weighing approximately 6 oz... or 2 oz lighter than the Odyssey. Most would rule us out due to that discrepency alone but I'm not ready to yet. If you remove the dial control and related hardware from the Odyssey it might account for the two ounce difference... the controls are in the wired remote instead. That might explain things. The overall design of the case, the size of the LCD and most of the features point to a possibility that it is e.Digital inside.

We'll find out soon enough.
