Ron/Joe are clearly attempting to purchase something based on the last press release, the only way this happens is by issuing more stock. The company has basically no cash so without additional dilution this is impossible. If ron/Joe issue THEMSELVES MORE SHARES, I WILL PERSONALLY BRING A LAWSUIT AGAINST BOTH OF THEM PERSONALLY AND MDHI. It better be 100 percent ACCRETIVE or the dogs will be released.........
