i hear ya, i saw that. not worried about it tbh as now someone who can do a sweet deal controls 90% + or whatever more of the os which they would have no reason to dump on it, but all the reason to put together a great deal and score a win win wink pink link. if they were gonna be a pos about it they probably wouldve done it by now. it doesn't mean they have to use the clause, but it gives the owner even more leverage and tools to use in a deal given they do it correctly. given the patience theyre showing but keeping everything up to par and on the level it's still a great bargain for the goofy gamblers imo. just my 02 cents fwiw
