Yea, but you think the delays are because his attorneys are working on all these disclosures and stuff. Anything they're going to release could have been prepared in less than a day. Don't you think it's shady that he said "any day now" over a month ago. He then obviously changed his strategy. Maybe the SEC threatened him, I don't know. But he's sucking this dry. And he deserves consequences. I've lost a lot already and still holding on to 5 million. I averaged down at 7, 6, and 5 and it looks like you can't even get out at 5 now.
