A better question may be what has management done to stimulate market cap?

The only thing they have stimulated in the last 2 years is:

1. Compensation
2. Bonuses
3. Retention Bonus ---> THE BIGGEST JOKE OF ALL

Why does PPHM Management Always REWARD THEMSELVES no matter the situation? It is literally like clock-work.
